This phase is where your ideas are captured and translated into a 3-D model. Our Designers work closely with our Contractors to keep an eye on budgets and ensure constructability.  This collaborative process will minimize costs and eliminate surprises during the build.  We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to help you visualize the finished product, as well as coordinate all phases of the building life-cycle.

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build with open communication and transparency. Everything from RFI to Schedules to Construction Changes is created and tracked through digital Construction Management software to maintain a single source of truth, so everyone is working from the latest information.

This is when you get the keys! After completion to your satisfaction, we will give you a digital, interactive, and searchable "Smart Manual" that contains all the information you will need to operate and maintain your new building.
